To request books in WC Discover, you must be signed in - we use single sign in, so you will authenticate through your Microsoft Office 365 login information. The sign-in option is in the upper right corner of the screen, and you will also be prompted with a banner to sign in so you get complete results.
Once you are signed in, you will see the option to "request a copy" of any book that is available. The default for WC Discover sends a requested book to Watson Library for pickup, but you can change the location to any library in OhioLINK. To pick up requested books from the OhioLINK library closest to you:
When you want to request a book, select the request a copy button.
Under pickup location in the request form page, select the library where you want to pick up the book. (There will be a drop-down list.)
You may be asked to "refine the offer" - click the refine the offer link and you should then be able to submit the request.
When a book you've requested arrives, you will get an email sent to your WC email account, letting you know the book is available to pick up.
When picking up your book at another OhioLINK library, you will need to have your library card number ready. You library card number will be your ID number with enough zeroes in front of it to make 9 digits. EX: if your ID number is 123456 your library card number is 000123456.
